As a true innovator in wireless technology, MIPRO introduced their first digital radio microphone system back in 2006, many years before their European and American competitors.
The current ACT-800 series microphones keep MIPRO ahead of the pack with 256-bit encryption, SmartEQ capsule equalisation and feedback suppression, digital diversity, remote software control and of course fantastic audio quality from MIPRO’s own capsules coupled with electronics boasting 115 dBA dynamic range.
The 72 MHz operating bandwidth ensures optimal flexibility, allowing more interference-free, compatible channels to select from. In addition to transmitters using standard AA alkaline batteries, the ACT-800H & ACT-800T rechargeable transmitters feature a rechargeable lithium-ion battery solution.
The MIPRO ACT-800 series is the flagship wireless microphone range utilising encrypted digital UHF transmissions for optimum security and audio fidelity.
The range consists includes single, dual and quad channel receivers. The dual and quad channel receivers include Dante network audio output as standard.
The latest generation ACT-580H handheld and ACT-580T bodypack transmitters are designed to accept both AA alkaline and ICR18500 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. A USB-C charging port allows lithium cells to be recharged from a non-proprietary charger.
The TA-80 plug-on transmitter with full 48V phantom power allows almost any wired microphone to be used with ACT-800. Due to the extremely flat frequency response, this solution is very popular with audio engineers using measurement microphones with dual FFT measurement systems like SMAART and SysTune.
