This new store introduces various experience zones and room setups, each thoughtfully curated to provide shoppers with a glimpse of future living and to illustrate how advanced technology and connectivity can enhance their daily lives. The store, transitioning from its previous location on the ground floor of Bluewater, now occupies the first floor and merges two existing units to create what they describe as “an open and dynamic technology-infused space.”
Asif Aziz, EE’s Retail Director, expresses their pride in having served the Kent community at the Bluewater store for over a decade and their excitement in bringing the new Experience store format to this renowned retail destination. He states, “As part of our commitment to becoming the most customer-centric brand in the UK, we’ve designed our Experience stores to empower customers to explore and engage with the technology that suits their needs. Our new Bluewater Experience store offers shoppers and the local community the opportunity to test a range of connected technologies, receive guidance from our expert EE Guides, or simply have fun, like setting their fastest lap in the Gaming Zone. We’re eagerly anticipating the arrival of our first customers.”
